Willis
Research Services was founded in 2007 and is located in the heart of
Montana. WRS has provided research services for organizations in the
arts, education, medical/health, and environment arenas located all
across the country. WRS has had the privilege to work with large,
international, membership-based organizations all the way down to
smaller community non-profits.
Heather
Willis has a diverse background and loves her career as a prospect
researcher. She has nearly a decade of prospect management and research
experience; including wealth screenings, database implementations,
designing policies and procedures, and prospect tracking. She is a
member of the Association of Professional Researchers for
Advancement, the Association of Independent Information
Professionals, and the Montana Nonprofit Association. Heather has experience working with large,
international, membership-based organizations, higher education, and
small community non-profits. Her expertise is researching and
working with land, wildlife, and natural resource conservation
organizations and their prospects. Heather also has unique
experience and knowledge of the agriculture industry and prospects
associated with farming, ranching and the agri-tourism industries.
Prior to her research career
Heather received her wildlife biology degree at Colorado State
University. She was active in the student chapter of The Wildlife
Society in which she served as President of The Wildlife Society and
Chairperson of individual committees. She received the Rocky
Mountain Elk Foundation’s Wildlife Leadership Award as a tribute to
her leadership qualities.
Willis Research Services is guided by the
Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement's
(APRA) code of ethics and the
Association of Independent Information Professionals'
(AIIP)
code of ethical business practices. WRS is also a member of the
Montana Nonprofit Association.
